This week's bike of the week is my gorgeous 1980s Peugeot Racer. It has been built to an amazing specification with Mavic slim rims, Shimano 600sis gears and even a San Marco brown leather saddle. Nothing makes me smile on the ride to work like this beauty!

We got this trike a while ago and thought it would be a great laugh to have for the summer- which it was! However now winter is definitely here to stay we have decided to sell it on as we are struggling to store it from the bad weather.

A Bit About Us...

Hi, We're Ben and Matt and Love Vintage Bikes is a Blog about one of our major passions in life- old beautiful bikes (obviously).

We source bikes from all over the UK and lovingly restore them in our London workshop back to their former glory to carry on their two wheeled journeys. Occasionally our collection grows too large though (and Matt's spare bedroom gets too full of bikes) so you will see some of them pop up for sale on the blog- if you're interested in giving them a new loving home just get in touch.

We tend to fall in love with vintage men's and women's bikes from the 60s, 70s and 80s and have a large collection (particularly ladies shoppers- our girlfriends are obsessed!) so if there is anything special that you are after, just ping us an email and we'll see what we can do to help.
